Hi, I’m McKenna, a registered dietitian, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel to constantly battle with food and your body. For years, I was caught in the endless loop of restrictive diets, always chasing the “perfect” way to eat. I tried every trend and followed all the rules, but instead of feeling healthy and confident, I felt more disconnected from my body than ever. Food became a source of stress and guilt, leaving me exhausted and frustrated.
